I played DSD and discovered static noise when listened close to the loudspeaker. This only happens when listening with MPD 21.6, no such static when I switched to 20.20, everything kept unchanged. Same problem in RC0. The DAC I am using is LKS MH-DA004, Pi 3B+. Please see details before, thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for reporting that :-) It appears to be a bug in MPD 0.21 series.
https://github.com/MusicPlayerDaemon/MPD/issues/469
Stick with 0.20.20 for the time being until MPD maintainer fixes the bug. If the bug is not fixed before moOde 5 production release then I may revert to 0.20.20 as the default version of MPD for moOde 5 and leave 0.21.y as an option.

Hi,
Btw, what DSD format are u using and is DSD over PCM (DoP) set to "Yes" in MPD Config?
Reason I ask is that i just ran a few quick tests with MPD 0.21.6, DoP=Yes and some DSD64/DSF tracks and no issues. The DAC is an Allo Katana.
