[PROBLEM] album view is empty, tag view is ok with the new 8.3.9

Hi,

This might be an encoding issue with file and folder names, perhaps they are not UFT-8 compliant.

I have lots of tracks with accented characters including Communiqué and I've never had a problem with them.
