There is nothing unusual in the metadata of the two files the OP posted me (and probably you)
just the apostrophe and the ampersand, as characters, not as HTML escapes; so my guess is moode is not escaping/unescaping those characters the same way everywhere...

Looks ok on my end

       
       

Maybe try clearing the tag cache (Library Config) or a different Browser, something like that.

Clearing the tag cache fixed the issue in the album list, but the playlist view still shows "&" just below the cover artwork:

Can confirm this markup artifact shows up after adding album to the enhanced metadata list in m>Preferences>Playback options.
