My actual setup:

Configured UPnP AV and OpenHome in Moode.
Installed BubbleUPnP Server on QNAP.
BubbleUPnP Server see Moode Renderer in the Media Renderers setup. I checked "Create an OpenHome renderer" in that tab.
I set Moode UPNP-UPnp/AV (OpenHome) as renderer in the BubbleUPnP on android. Then I can select music in BubbleUPnP and play it on moode.
Advantage is, I can turn off android device and Moode will keep playing queue.

In this setup, you really don't need the OpenHome active in moOde, it isn't actually doing anything.

you are right, Looks like I'm still lacking basic knowledge here.
Yes I disabled it in moode. Kept only UPnP AV and it's working
