Hi,
It seems WH1602L is a lcd display whereas WEH1602A is an oled display. Oled displays do not use backlight and hence uses less connections than the LCD. See here how to connect the LCD backlight (pins 15 and 16).

Ha i did not connect 15 and 16 to the rpi
Can you tel me were to connect 15 and 16 it seems to have +5 v abd -5 volt. Please correct me if im wrobg
