Do I understand correctly that you are charging your customers $100 for the five minutes it takes to burn a moOde image to an SDCard?

No, burning the SD card take only 5 minutes, but then it takes 2+ hours for the first boot to complete, and then I have to go and setup the overlay and other settings so that DAC works, and there is zero work for the customer.

If you tell me that I am wrong and provide a way to to everything in 5 minutes than I will change the pricing structure back to match the other software options.

I would not charge 100 just for buring SD card.

moOde has been available as a ready-to-use ISO image since Sep 30, 2018. It's entirely your company's responsibility to keep up with the current state of the software products and releases you choose to redistribute to your customers.

I have had multiple questions regarding volume control on the unit.

The volume control can be either through the knob on the unit or through software when you control the device remotely.

The HW volume control on the unit (knob) will be better than to the SW one. Both will sound great.
