If you're unfamiliar with the process you might find this MagPi article of use.

Thanks "TookaFace" and thanks Kent.
Sorry: I thought it could be an alternative procedure to the one I normally use (I remove the SD card and back up to the PC).
I was looking for an option that allows me to download the image from the Pi to the PC without:
turn off the Pi,
remove the SD,
insert the SD into the PC,
start the backup program (use Win32DiskImager),
remove the SD from the PC,
insert the SD in the Pi and,
finally, start the Pi.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks again and best regards,
Francesco

Off the top of my head I can think of several approaches but they require work too. Why conjure up a fancy solution when the brute-force-and-ignorance approach is so simple and works so well?  Smile

I don't know if this situation has been reported before but version 6.7.1 on an RPi4 (2GB) behaved differently using an RPi 3B +.

Normally I deactivate all the features that I do not use in the system option, in 3B + everything works correctly after restarting the moode, however in 4B I found that disabling the HDMI port and when restarting I can no longer enter the moode, either through the network cable or through the wifi.

I have to start a new image to enter the moode again, I tested several possibilities and the responsible is the HDMI port only on the RPi4.

@Rinaldi

I just tried this with moOde 6.7.1 on an RPi4B-2GB and could not repro your issue. Switched off the HDMI port and rebooted. Ports 80  (the Web interface) and port 22 (the ssh interface) both reappeared on my LAN. I can access either in the normal way. This over WiFi.

Kent

No issues on my end either with HDMI off on a 4B 2GB.

Thanks for the return, strange that this happens only in my case, I tried 4x and in all the same problem occurred.

A detail I forgot to mention, the first adjustments I make when I start a new image and change the MPD to 0.22, 64bit kernel and processor for performance, will some of these changes interfere when disabling the HDMI port ???

I will try to perform this procedure in 4B without making the changes I mentioned, in 3B + I perform the same procedure and it works perfectly, that's why my questioning.

Thank you all for your help...

The symptom "I sometimes get a frozen image" on 7" Touch suggests some sort of hardware issue. If it's a software issue its not obvious to me what could be causing it.

The Moode log entry for Pri DNS seems odd. I would have expected it to be same as Gateway address 192.168.1.1 but instead it's an Ipv6 address that points to ??

Code:
20200805 151813 worker: Gateway (192.168.1.1)
20200805 151813 worker: Pri DNS (fe80::62e3:27ff:fe33:2b91%eth0)
