Yes..I see your dilemma...the argon case does not lend itself to your useage well....although the other cases have drawbacks in their thermal control.
Reading the feedback on both your amazon links I see that the HiFi Berry case has several problems including the distance from connectors to the RPi board and intermittent operation.
The other case looks spacious but if you measure and read the reviews you will find it is cramped and not well cooled.
Both cases seem more suited to your use being as near to and above a CD at your listening point and interfacing with your displays.
The Argon case is a cooling solution for the Pi4B as its whole aluminium cover is the heatsink. It works best as a USB attached DAC device and not as well for HATs.
Perhaps the Argon Neo would bridge the gap ?
