Hello everyone,

I've upgraded to MoOde 7.4.1
It's exactly the same setup as before, with the DAC2 HD.

With the fresh ISO, the only setup I did was to chose the Overlay in the list and reboot.

It's working fine, except I think that there is a difference with the volume.
Usually I immediately disable the software volume to hardware, to enjoy 100% output.

But with that release, I think the volume is lower, I have to put an higher volume on my hifi to get the same result.
I can go to 50% without disturbing my neighbors, which was impossible before.

Any idea why ?

Nothing has changed wrt MPD volume in 7.4.y. When you set MPD volume to Fixed (0dB) it should set ALSA volume to the value of ALSA max volume in Audio Config.

Try looking at alsamixer.
