Cannot connect to streamer

I have been unable to connect to moode lately so I decided to start over with the latest update.  My pi4b does not show up on the network.  Usually when I unplug the power cable and reinsert, everything boots up and the lights all start flashing rapidly.  The unit powers on but there is only a single red light one side and a single green light on the other.  The lights where the ethernet cable plugs in is flashing.

Not sure what to try next.

Strange, so now it showed up but it is greyed out and is offline.  How can I test if it is a problem with the Pi?

This board-level debugging question seems better directed to the Raspberry Pi Forum.

In general,

- solid red LED means the Pi thinks the power source is adequate.

- bright solid green LED (marked ACT on the board) literally means no uSD card activity but dim solid green LED on powerup means no uSD card was found or no bootable code was found on it.

Consult Raspberry Pi docs for more authoritative descriptions.

Have you tried flashing the moOde image to a different uSD card? Are the cards you're using legitimate, good quality cards?

As an alternative, you could flash the moOde image to a USB thumbdrive and try booting from it. Works a treat on my RPi4Bs.

Regards,
Kent

PS - I don't know what app those screen captures are coming from but it appears they're just saying this host was present at one time but isn't present now.

That is a hard reset and if you are doing that often then there is the possibility it will lead to corruption of the uSD card.
Depends on the quality and age/usage of the card of course.

Why do you not shutdown through the MoOde interface or from an ssh session ? If it is because MoOde is unreachable then you should be checking your network.

What device are you using for audio decoding.. a HAT or USB DAC ?  Do these get powered before you power-up the Pi..?
