Automatic updates

The update process would need to be significantly enhanced to reliably do auto-updating for example new options would need to added to control when the update is scheduled and what happens if the update can't start (no internet, not enough space...) or it starts but doesn't succeed for some reason, or there is no WebUI up to display messages etc etc.

I think the best solution would be for this to be an optional setting, to allow the update to be downloaded and flagged up as ready to execute and then reboot. That would seem the most user friendly way to do this for music lovers. I run this 24/7 so would prefer to choose when to complete the upgrade.
