I've been running my older version of Moode on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with an Allo Boss DAC, but got the bug to switch to a Topping D10 USB DAC I have.
I went into Moode > Config > Audio and set the I2S device to None.
I clicked SET, shut down the RPi, powered it off.
I removed the Allo Boss DAC HAT from the RPi.
I connected the D10 DAC to the RPi USB port and powered on the RPi.
The D10 shows "44.1 PCM" on its front panel. It looks like it's working.
I opened Moode from the web UI.
Went to Config > Audio > MPD > MPD Options > MPD Config.
In Audio Devices > Device Type it says Nothing selected. There is no other item in the dropdown.
Thinking the DAC might be fried, I connected it to a Windows laptop and it comes up fine. Is detected, plays sound, changes sample rates, etc. All good.
I must be doing something wrong. Any ideas what?
