[SOLVED] 8.3.7 slower?

Just asking if anyone else is finding switching between tag view and playlist view is noticeably slower?

I burned a fresh image for 8.3.7 and putting in my 8.3.6 sd its way faster.

BTW also could we get an option to hide the volume popup button if setting vol to 0db?

Couple questions:

1. How many tracks in your collection?
2. Is tag view showing a selected genre, artist or album?

Hi Tim.

1. Around 45803 tracks

2. tag view is usually on the album as I select clear/play as my defaule "to list" method. I don't display genre column.

Update: did some more digging and Chrome is ok, I use Firefox as my daily and it's not good with some transition effect back to tag view from list.

It's noticeable in .6 but slightly more so in .7, so it's likely a browser issue not moode.
