I also downloaded and played the track you provided, in my case in moOde 8.3.7 running on a Pi4B connected to a Khadas Tone1 Board. This DAC can play DSD natively. I get the same results that Tim does. In particular, there is no problem determining and displaying the audio format information "DSD 1 bit 2.822 MHz, Stereo".
You haven't told us anything about your system's software and hardware configuration. Was it a fresh install of moOde 8.3.7 or an update from a previous version? What changes have you made since installing it?
Perhaps it's time to reinstall moOde (preferably on a different uSD card) and try it with only the changes needed to connect to the Internet, to connect to your NAS and scan it, and to select the DAC.

I can see audio format information (source format) for all my audio track except those in a single folder!
Now I try to move the test file that I posted directly from the NAS to the SD card where I have moode..

Dear Friends, If I put my audio file into sdcard folder, I can see all data about format audio!
The problem is the name of the folder, it seems that the number "60th" in front of the folder does not allow the audio format to be read. Once that has been removed, all data is ok. However, I noticed that moode also reads hidden 4kb files. Aside from deleting them from all folders, is it possible to set hidden files not to be read from moode?

What you report is very weird... though, if removing 60th did the job, then I am fine with it.
For what concerns ignoring files, you can put a file named .mpdignore (note the filename begins with a dot, this is a hidden file too) in the top directory of your music collection; this file can contain filename patterns to ignore, and in your specific case I'd suggest you have a line in it like the following, as-is:
._*
that is, three characters: a dot, an underscore and an asterisk

Per quanto riguarda l'ignoramento dei file, puoi inserire un file denominato .mpdignore (nota che il nome del file inizia con un punto, anche questo è un file nascosto) nella directory principale della tua raccolta musicale; questo file può contenere modelli di nome file da ignorare e nel tuo caso specifico suggerirei di inserire una riga come la seguente, così com'è:
._*
ovvero tre caratteri: un punto, un carattere di sottolineatura e un asterisco
Salva il file ed eseguire nuovamente la scansione della libreria.
