[PROBLEM] Unable to Play Album if there is no Artwork - Only Single Tracks, one at a time.

When using the three column browser, unless an album cover appears in the lower left spot, there appears to be no way to select the album to play.

...and along those same lines, is there a way to play all of a particular Genre or Artist?

I came from Volumino, while it may have a more "smooth & finished" feeling, it's not got the flexibility that MoOde Audio does.

Also, you might want to update the installation documentation to reference the SSH user/password being pi/moodeaudio and not pi/raspberry.

Which installation doc you referring to? This is the setup guide and its all there

Just tap the Album cover, even if its the default cover, and you will get the context menu. The Add, Play, Clear/Play menu items apply to whatever is selected. The number of tracks is indicated below the cover.

moOde's Adaptive User Interface is lightyears ahead of the others :-)

That's just it.

I don't have -any- album cover. Not even the default one on the three column browser.
I see for a short time. "Album Art Not Found" and then that disappears. Even if that would stay there it could be clicked.

Let me add to that, I've got some albums with art showing, however that's a minority thing. Most do not.
Perhaps it's somewhat related to what you're referring to in 4.4 where you've made changes regarding embedded artwork?

I don't see anything suspicious in System info.

A regression bug was introduced in the 2018-10-19 update for moOde 4.3 that prevents embedded covers in MP3 files from being extracted, but in that case the default moOde cover should show.

If you would like, zip up one of the albums thats causing the issue and email me a download link. I'll see if I can repro with the 4.4 code base :-)

Basically, there is no way to select the album as a whole for playback if there is an artwork problem.

I have the same issue, I cannot select to play the entire album without the artwork either.   When I have time I am going to go through the folders missing artwork and add a jpeg.
