[SOLVED] Waveshare 7" HDMI LCD touch screen on RPi 5

Hi,
I just updated my config to a RPi 5, hence the use of Moode 9.4.

Alas, I have trouble in using "Waveshare 7" HDMI LCD touch screen" on it:

If the "Waveshare 7" screen" is plugged (USB + HDMI): 

• Moode stays stuck at "moode login" line for 3+ minutes - then boot goes on, until UI displays
  
• BUT radios won't play ("failed to decode") (although files on USB key: play OK)
  
• And web UI is not reachable from LAN computer.
  

If I unplug screen's USB before startup:

• Moode loads fully
  
• I can reach it from LAN computer
  
• as soon as I plug screen's USB: 7" HDMI displays. BUT touch control has a vertical offset (about 2 cm).
  

Any clue / help to get this sorted please?
