Cannot delete default playlist

I've never restored from backup, but the update to 9.2.6 did fail once and I had to run the update manually. I don't recall any previous updates failing, but I have encountered this playlist issue several times in the past.

Yeah, I can't remember when I started noticing the errant playlist or how it got i my backup. I'll keep an eye out for it returning and hopefully spot the conditions in the event there's s repeatable trigger for it.

If it happens again, especially with the error check code now in the update script, let me know of its due to moode-player package install failing.
