ALSA volume and play stops

I have been set up and running moOde on my first build for a couple of weeks and it's terrific. Everything was functioning fine until I moved the system to its final spot in the house. Since then, whenever I power up, ALSA volume is set to 0% and song playback from the USB drive stops after every song. 

I have the piano 2.1 combined with kali and volt and running a subwoofer. 

Allo DSP firmware is installed... What am I missing?

Hi,

I took the liberty of placing the log output in a code box to make it more readable. The code box popup is the fifth button from the right on the toolbar when composing a post.

If your system was working fine and nothing changed other than physically moving it to a new location then I'd suspect something external to moOde software for example power supply, sdcard, network, etc

How are you powering the stack..? Did you change any power cables when moving to it's current position ?
I had a number of problems with the same hardware solved by powering the Pi and Kali/Piano 2.1 from separate supplies.
