One of the speakers...? stereo set-up, passive loudspeakers, active loudspeakers...? hardware volume (one per channel or a coaxial/dual one)...? digital volume... ?

(if a standard stereo set-up) Have you tried to swap channels (between DAC and preamp/amp) and, afterwards, the speakers... ?

Another test (probably the first one you should do)... Disable the DAC in MoOde and connect a headphone/IEM into the RPi's headphone OUT port (for a more conclusive experiment a monophonic signal should be played on both channels simultaneously.

This is almost certainly your amplifier, google for “low volume level channel imbalance”.

Short of addressing that you could use the EQ to drop the master gain by 6-12dB and then you’ll need to turn up the volume more to get the same output which will hopefully put it past the point you experience balance issues.

Thank you for your reference.

It happens that in the course of the hearing the loudspeakers are suddenly mute. If I increase the volume, the sound comes back. You may also be able to resolve this issue through the EQ setting. I will report...

Good morning, I have currently achieved the best result with the following parameters: the gain is + 1.4 dB and the volume is set to "30". The high output volume I have downshifted on the speaker. Now it is rare to fail.

Good... but this is just a 'workaround'... it's very likely that there's something wrong with your amplifier. Starting point for your troubleshooting would be the amplifier's VOLUME potentiometer. If you do not know what to do involve an electronics specialist.

Thank you for the info. A loudspeaker is currently defective and in repair. I do not hope that the cause for the defect was a wrong attitude on my part ... I will contact the repair company for your reference.
