Add folder to playlist?

This may be a stupid question, but how does one add an entire folder to a playlist? When I click on the folder, Moode browses into the folder. When I click on the first song, my only options are Add, Play, Clear/Play, and Close. The first three options only add the single song to the playlist and I can't see any way to multi-select or select all from the file list. I am browsing a folder on my NAS device.
