Solved: Radio Station image not shown even though successfully save changes
#1
Recently updated Moode to the latest release 8.2.3 and tried to create a new radio station.

It has been awhile since I have added/updated a radio station, so this problem may have existed earlier.

I can save the radio station successfully, however the station logo goes back to the default moode logo.

I can edit the radio station and upload the station logo image, in which the preview image of my choose file can be seen. However, even though I can save the changes successfully, the default moode logo is still shown. If I go back and edit the station again, I can see the default moode logo, not the logo that I previously saved.

Any idea what the problem may be?

Any logs/paths that I can check?

Try clearing the cache on your browser and rebooting moOde, that usually gets them to show up.

I just ran a quick test and it's working OK on my end. As @the_bertrum mentioned try clearing the Browser cache/history.

I've found that these particular thumbs don't always appear until one or more of the below actions are taken.

- Several hard Browser refreshes
- A cache/history clear
- Waiting some amount of time until the Browser expires the old image
- Reboot or soft-restart the server stack with the moodeutl -r command

Another thing to try just to confirm that the thumb was actually saved is to open the Browser in "Private mode" more or less disables caching.
Enjoy the Music!

That got it working!

Tried opening the browser in 'private mode' and that confirmed that the stations logos were in fact saved correctly.

Proceeded with clearing the cache on the browser(s) and the station logos now appears in normal browsing mode.

Thanks again everyone!

Right now listening to Christmas music on moOde :-)

Merry Christmas to all!
