After a router change, nothing shows up in my library.
Advice?
- I have Moode installed on a Raspberry Pi. The Pi is connected by Ethernet, and Moode is configured to use the WiFi network. It plays music from my NAS - Pi and NAS both cabled to router.
- Moode was working fine, and has been for months.
- My router's WiFi failed and in the interim, I used a WiFi hotspot, but left the router connected as before.
- I tried once to use Moode, but it didn't work. I don't recall in what manner - didn't load, couldn't find it, blank library. I realized it wasn't configured for the hotspot, and didn't worry about why it didn't work over Ethernet.
- I replaced the router with a new brand and model.
- As best I could, I reset all settings on the new router to the same values - same WiFi SSID, password, etc. This took a little while.
- When I got back to Moode, it showed up normally in my browser, but with no library - just the grey Moode image.
- I went back and fiddled with the router settings. At some point, Moode (with no interaction) just wasn't accessible at all, so I restarted the Pi.
- Now, again, Moode is accessible, has Ethernet and WiFi access, is assigned a network address, etc.
- However, no matter what I do, it doesn't show the library.
- I've remounted and recreated the NAS, with the same settings. It shows a green checkmark in the Moode UI.
- I've regenerated the music library several times and left the browser page open until the spinner vanished.
- I've regenerated the thumbnail cache several times. It says it's scanned 2,800 thumbails, which is interesting, because it's >0 but (I think) less than the number of albums I have.
- I've restarted Moode many times.
- I've used the 'update library' command many times.
- I've restarted the MPD.
- using the search box on the home page has no effect at all.
