[PROBLEM] moode on allo digione player

High, to all.
After some time and changes i have problems with the allo digione player.
The device hangs continuously. I get a lot of errors but i do not know if
it is a power problem, an hardware problem or a software
(drivers, kernel) problem. I check two different power adapters, same problem.

What do you think guys?
I experimented this problems after moode version update, but i changed all, house, network devices...
so it could be everything tha caused the issue.
First of all i would test an old version of moode, the 8.3.0 one, and verify if it hangs like newers. Where can i find that old version?

Reboot and then post the contents of the startup log.

The log can be viewed via the SSH command moodeutl -l or downloaded via the Logs section in System Config, or via Menu, System info from any of the Config screens. The startup log will be at the end of System info output.

Looking at the device just after power i saw the frontal light up and down, for the first time,
the device did not start and it started after moving the power chord.... suspect
for a power micro usb connector cause chord and power supply should be ok.
Today i'll check the voltage in all the critic points..... baahhh

I bypassed the micro usb connector soldering two wires and now the device starts every time
i check it. The voltage power is the right one. So the power supply is not the problem.
The device hangs as before. After the web interface opens up the simple action required for removing items from the queue or opening the configuration menu make the device crash.
For me 2 ways: try old software and kernels (software side) or throw away pi3b+.
Is there a way to test moode 8.3.0 ?

What power supply are you using? The official Raspberry Pi power supply for a Pi model 3B+ is specified at

5.1V / 2.5A DC output

96-264Vac operating input range

Short circuit and overcurrent protection

1.5m 18AWG captive cable with micro USB output connector

You really shouldn't be using a non-RPi power supply (especially not phone charger type supplies) although some reputable vendors such as CanaKit have products which have worked for me.

If (1) the rated voltage of your power supply is only 5.0VDC or less at full curent draw, or (2) can't provide 2.5A at rated voltage, and/or (3) has smaller diameter cable than 18AWG (which increases the voltage drop between the supply and the Pi), then your Pi may be starved for power.

I've been using a Pi 3B+ with official 7-in Touch Screen with an official power supply for years and experienced none of the problems you are reporting.

You can find moOde releases back to 8.3.5 8.3.7 on the github repo (https://github.com/moode-player/moode/releases). Expand the Assets tab for a desired release to find the binaries.

Anything ealier you'll have to build yourself. The binaries were removed because of security concerns.

I used for years a linear power supply and i did not know about any of the
possible problems caused by not using a proprietary power supply. Well, these days,
after reading device logs, I moved my attention to power voltage question.
Tried the adapter shipped into the digione device by Allo vendor too, never used,
rated for 5v and 3.0 A., same problems.
I checked the voltage at the connectors (1 meter wire) with the multimeter, result 5.1v and 5,01v.
..................
I cannot find 8.3.5, available is 8.3.7.
To build moode image myself do you know some valid tutorial ?

I found an old release on my ubuntu os: 2022-03-26-moode-r802-lite.img.
I'll give it a chance.
Custom build: the image Pi is build on the host system (ubuntu) and moode is built on the raspberry (pi3b+), correct?
