Anyone has instructions how to use the Mac Qobuz App to play music using Moodeplayer
Sorry, UPnP works differently than you seem to think.
In a nutshell, using UPnP requires three functions on the local network (they may all be on one device or distributed among devices, and there may be more than one each type of function present. Consult the Internet for more information).
First is the UPnP Media Server function, which provides a source of digital music. Second is the UPnP Media Renderer function, which outputs digital music via DAC/Amp/Speaker (or headphones). Third is the UPnP Control Point which connects the two, telling the Media Renderer what to play from what Media Server. The Control Point contains the user interface.
What the Qobuz renderer offers us is a Media Server function which accesses Qobuz through your account and presents it to your LAN as if it were a local Media Server. The integration of the renderer into moOde, gains us the UPnP Media Renderer function.
So, what's left? The Control Point, which apparently you want to run on a Mac. You'll need to find a suitable Control Point app for Mac OS. (Again, consult the Internet.) One bare-bones possibility is UPPlay, written by the same dev who wrote the upmpdcli component used to implement the UPnP Media Renderer function in moOde.
I have never owned a Mac and have no idea what else is out there. On my iPad and my Android phone, I use apps like mconnectLite and BubbleUPnP. I point them to moOde as the Media Renderer (e.g., the "play to" destination) and as the Media Server (e.g.,the "Browse" source).
Good luck.
