Good way to shutdown Moode RPi

Hello,
I'd like to know if what I'm doing is right.
 I shutdown Moode from the GUI, by click on the shutdown button, and then switch off the power supply.
is it the right way?
I'm using the latest Moode 6.7.1, RPi is in an enclosure with power supplies.

Yep, a clean shutdown is best.
It avoids any potential filesystem corruption which can happen if just yanking the power.
