Ok, done. The few changes I made to the system all at once did not let me identify the player behavior correctly. Long story short, I updated the digione player from raspberry 3b+ to 4B 4gb version. This solved last problem, the extra memory load brought by the Pi/moode images > 8.0.something and the increase (merging of two libraries) of the music database. The micro usb connector problem was solved by soldering the dc wire on the pi board bypassing the connector and the board is now usable again, for not tooo demanding applications. Now everything is running smoothly, thanks again to Tim for moode, super.
The 4b pi version has an usb-c supply connector, not a great idea. If i move the wire i can get power discontinuity..... but nobody noted this before?
Thanks for your attention and help.
