Solved: No sound and error when trying to playback
#1
Yesterday, I tried to configure my new Dragonfly Red headphone DAC with Moode, but didn't get it to work. Then, switching back to my Hifiberry Digi+ Pro, tracks wouldn't play, and I got the following error:

Code:
MPD error
Failed to open "ALSA default" (alsa); Failed to open ALSA device "hw:1,0": No such file or directory

Any idea on how to get my HAT and Moode working again? Bonus points if you have any ideas with the Dragonfly Red too.

Unplug USB DAC
Verify Hifiberry device selected in Audio config
Reboot
Verify MPD config shows "I2S audio device"

That worked, thank you.

About the Dragonfly Red... Have you configured your MoOde specifically for a USB DAC (add UAC2 fix if necessary)? Is your RPi able to supply enough power for a USB DAC? (use a powered hub for USB devices instead...)
