I observed a slight improvement in the speed of the local GUI after adding the following flags for the Chhrome Browser startup:
--enable-gpu-rasterization
--ignore-gpu-blocklist
--disable-smooth-scrolling
An additional noticeable benefit is a significant reduction in CPU load (88 -> 95). The trade-off is a decrease in the amount of free memory (480MB -> 260M). Tested on Raspberry Pi 4 B, 2GB RAM, Moodeaudio 9.0.1, audio: USB DAC Topping D10.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to further speed up the Chromium Browser?
