Hi, the crossfade funcion is working for you guys? mine, on 6.7.1 works perfectly, but on 7.0.1 no... after I set 12 seconds (example) still has a gap. one song finish -> little gap -> new song on queue... (i use auto suffle)
BTW i still have problems with installation on RP3b and zerow. WEBGUI irresponsible after a few settings (system settings and network settings). this is happening with all my devices, no matter what rpi model or hat, and before audio and library settings. some error on MPD, but i dont know why cause it happens before change any audio settings.

Resampling will kill the underpowered single-core CPU on the Zero.

I know, this sample was just for trying and error. the resample works on Zero but it shows the limits very soon
but crossfade didnt work for me on RPI3b too. works on 6.7.1 on all platafomrs, but none on 7.0.1

I just did a quick test with crossfade = 12 secs and auto-shuffle adding tracks and crossfade is working perfectly. MPD settings were at default and playing 16/44.1 FLAC.

Tim, thanks to everyone for their work on v7. I loaded it onto a 2B with no DAC just to play with the config. I have had it running over the weekend and it plays fine for a while but then the player stops and locks up - loses connection to the network and never reestablishes. The wireless dongle activity LED goes out. Red and green LEDs on the board are permanently lit. I have 2 other MoOde players 6.71 on the same network and they have no problems.
I can provided logs if that helps - let me know what you need.
I want to update my 2 systems, but am nervous until Understand this behaviour.
Thanks

Hi, there is no OpenHome option anywhere on that page (or A/V).

Can you run a simple test, please...? Remove the WiFi dongle, have the RPi2 connected to the Router by an Ethernet cable, re-configure the RPI (no config mods) and test...

Has anyone else had problems with wifi? All was working fine with 6.7.1, but I can't get it to work at all with 7.0.1
I'm using a Raspberry Pi v2 with USB wifi dongle.
Any hints as to what to what logs to look for?
Edit: even on ethernet connection I'm having problems: it's hanging on the configuration screen, so I can no longer access the network setup. I'll try a reinstall and will just go back to 6.7.1 if that doesn't help.
Edit2: moslog is telling me that it's stuck at "Step 3A - install core packages" - it can't find mode-r701.zip
This is a clean install from the image following the "easy installation" guide ( http://moodeaudio.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=146) anyone got any ideas?
Edit3: just realised that whole manual "easy installation" guide has been redundant for ages now (and clearly doesn't work any more anyway). Problem solved!

In 7.0.1 it should be right at the top of the page after you select EDIT UPnP config.

"M"/Configure/Audio/ Scroll down to UPnP/DLNA, edit button next to UPnP Config.
