Not seeing Moode Spotify

OK so it looks like its running.

Restarted my desktop and iPhone and I still cant see the Moode device listed on either.

I can see all my other devices (TV's, Firesticks, Echo's etc.)

Its almost like its not announcing itself as a spotify connect device to the network
