Very odd. I have multiple systems connected to same share, an SSD attached to Router and never any discrepancies in Library counts.
Consider that if both of your systems are in fact 100% same stock moOde release it must be something external to moOde software thats causing the discrepancy.
The easy troubleshoot is to swap the Ethernet connected system to WiFi or Wifi connected system to Ethernet and see of the problem follows it.
