Hello Tim,
I tried to analyze the probable future "New ALSA routing and loopback option" for the 7.2 release and I would like to share with you a big doubt about the limitation of the SoX to 192K using the "type multi" function.
I tried, in fact, this configuration and with the SoX enabled with the "Bit depth" at 32 bits and with the "Sample rate" at 192 kHz it works, but if you try to go up with the "Sample rate" you get the following error : "MPD error
Failed to open "ALSA Default" (alsa); Error opening ALSA device "default"; snd_pcm_hw_params () failed: Invalid argument ". It could be my configuration but I thought it important to inform you of my doubt.
