GUI issues with m4a and ogg

The files should at minimum have Album, Artist, AlbumArtist, Title, Track and Genre tags.

For personal or random audio tracks I sadly don't have a "Track" (number).
If I leave this Track empty, it always shows me this ugly "undefined"-icon.  

How can I achieve this audio icon from this second song:


Or even better: Could we not use this audio icon as a "default"-one if "Track" is not set?
