Upcoming moOde 7.5.0 release

Here's the latest draft release notes for upcoming 7.5.0 release.

Highlights:

- UPD: Add IP addr timeout to System config
            During startup wait for up to timeout seconds for an IP address to be assigned
            Ethernet adapter can still be skipped during startup for WiFi-only configs
            Leaving set at the default of 90 seconds can help avoid AP mode starting after a power outage
