Welcome Steve - good to see more converts to moodeaudio - I too came here after a long time running and supporting RuneAudio and/or Volumio.
I disliked the two-tier way that Volumio operates and the fact they claimed whizz-bang performance on the Pi4 - well I tried it and my whizz-bang experience was more a damp squib. I looked again at moodeaudio, installed it, a bit of configuring and it's been running here for a good few months and it's going nowhere.
(For any runeaudio fans - don't think I don't dislike Rune - it's great and works well but the fact that janui announced the base system software - Arch Linux - is reaching end of life with consequences for Rune and absolutely no response and also the fact that website, etc, etc, has never been updated for many years - has seen me turn my back on a good product. Fingers crossed it continues.)
