Was it pre-installed by Allo?
It's been so long since I was a power user in Windows that it took me a minute to understand what you are doing. On the virtual Windows 10 host I mentioned before, if I bring up the Windows run command (via Windows key + R) and enter the address of one of my moOde players (http://moode.local, say) then Microsoft Edge opens the moOde WebUI. No username/password required. I don't know why you are being asked for it.
