I've never used Ubuntu Studio---I'm a music listener, not a creator---but it looks amazing. Kudos.
As for your main box, I'm impressed with your sheet metal work. I have also used the CM4 / official dev board including as a moOde player, but like much of the gear on my desk aka workbench, it's all open chassis and cables running everywhere.
