Sorry, that shows up only when entering the main screen... you need to enter any configuration screen, for instance "System", then revert back by pressing "<" or the "home" icon on the top-left of the screen... but am afraid you won't be able to see those icons due to the size misbehavior...
You can eventually go to the configuration from your PC, then in "Peripherals" => "Local Display" select [Restart] Local Display: after the restart the Pi should show the "toaster" with the viewport sizes.
