The HiFiBerry Digital+ Pro has nothing to do with this arrangement. On moOde’s Audio configuration screen, the Named I2S device and DT overlay choices should both be set to None (and moOde rebooted if necessary).
Then, once connected via USB, your amp should show up in the pulldown menu of Output devices. I have no idea what name it will present. The amp may have to be set to USB input for it to be detected.
