I've experienced the issue with the volume knob in mobile (iPhone). Usually Menu, refresh fixes it or switching from portrait to landscape and back. It could be related to the PWA mechanism on IOS.
Does it happen when using moode directly in the Safari (not as a Home Screen app)?
