I have been running my Pi4B on Moode 8.3.7 since January. I had a few initial problems that the forum helped solve quickly. 
Lately, on initial power-up, my album library of 400, which is all FLAC files on USB thumb drive, are not there. Usually, just the last album I was listening to. Always careful of my power up and down sequence. If I do a reboot, it all comes back. What I see at the end of the start-up log is -> genLibrary UTF8Rep() file create error /var/local/www/libcache
Even though the library hasn't changed, I rebuilt it along with thumbnails. I haven't tried it again to see if that helped. Any other thing or log I should check? Thx.
