The file you sent over for testing contains 2 (two) id3v2 tags, the first of which is v1.1 (that is why the message...)
Probably there are other files with the same problem.
Use a program like kid3 (or similar) to correct the tags and everything will be ok.

Also, the id3v2.3 tag in it has the COMMENT field giving "Has excess white space" error, according to kid3; so there might be also other things to fix.
I suspect your files were downloaded and tagged by iTunes... am I right?
