I would love to have a "real" hardware power button (I think Audiophonics PI-SPC REG will do the job!)
…and maybe a hardware volume-knob?!
M5Stack Dial Smart Rotary Knob looks interesting but it's pure plastic.
And I don't think I will be able to realize the implementation of such sophisticated device…

If you can spring for an RPi 5, it has a power button and various inexpensive enclosures are compatible with it.
