snd-config.php error

Just installed moode on a new Pi4 8Gb and getting this on the Audio configuration page - not sure it's just my Pi4 as I tried to use on a Pi3 earlier today and had the same response from the 9.0.8 release:

Result on the screen:

This page isn’t working

192.168.1.171 is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

- tried on both Chrome and Brave and on two different PCs. No idea why this is happening as it seems I can access all other config pages.
