lol, its human nature to not read the manual ;-)
There are currently three ways to get the image.
1. The Download page at moodeaudio.org where there is a giant block of text at the top of the page that reads as follows:
Read the Setup guide for information on how to use the Raspberry Pi Imager to prepare the ISO image with SSH, a login userid/password and optional WiFi SSID/password before writing the image to the boot media.
There is also another link to the Setup Guide on that page.
2. The Media Player OS section of the Raspberry Pi Imager.
There is no reference to the Setup Guide here but I did submit an issue a while back to the Imager repo to have this added to the schema. The last time I checked that issue there had been no action.
https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-imager/issues/881
3. The moode Git repo releases section
Each release contains a link to the Setup Guide but this is not meant to be a primary way of getting the image and so there is no language about the Pi Imager etc.
I suppose I could change some of the language to "Raspberry Pi Imager (required)" which might be more of an attention getter.
What do you think?
