dd will not give a working install. You need to use the RPi imager.

Thanks for the answer. I was hoping it will solve it, but actually nothing changed. I used the imager, and I am getting the same problems (blank sound page and nothing applies when settings are changed). Futhermore, I changed timezone using the imager, and it did not update it. Using version 9.0.10.
