No Wi-Fi hotspot with 9.1.4 and RPi4

I suppose its not really clear in the Setup Guide that the Hotspot password can only be entered via the Network Config screen in the WebUI which means the Pi must be first connected via WiFi or Ethernet.

It's this way because the image contains no default userid's or passwords and the Raspberry Pi Imager does not have an input field(s) for setting up a Hotspot SSID/password that could then be imported into moode.

I'll update the Setup Guide.

Thanks, Tim, does this mean the Wi-Fi name and pw I enter in the imager need to be my local Wi-Fi?
