Right, it's clipped on mobile and the closer is not visible. If you open the WebUI via tablet or desktop and click the 2 help coupons then refresh the WebUI on mobile the Welcome notification will be cleared.
All fixed for next release.
THX Tim - On 9.2.2 the clipped message is now centered on the local display (PI 1 TouchDisplay), and the "dismiss" button also works fine.
