Everything seems to work as expected...Kali shows blue lights ..... piano powers up and various i2c displays confirm files are playing.... but they're not making wonderful noise ...
Changed config to include glb_mclk Enabled and rebooted, cleared cache, checked alsa... still no output.....
So far this is the worst purchase ever.... everything else I've added to the Pi worked ootb or a google fixed it but this is just unfathomable....
anyone care to share their working config...?

i encountered sometime left(or right) channel has no sound. i powered off/on (not reboot) and it resumed.
Do you power +5v and enough A to Kali?
