I have found Rega Fono Mini A2D - Pro-Ject Phono Box USB and Dynavox UPR-2.0
anybody knows these?
I do not know them since I use an external phono preamp (Hgaerman Bugle) and an external soundcard (Steinberg UR22 MkII) rather than a all-in-one unit. I think, based on my experience, that using a unit that converts into 192/24 is a good idea. Of course, the analog signal doesn't need that kind of dynamic range and temporal resolution, but it allows pop and click removal software to work better with little or no impact on the basic sound quality. It's the clicks and pops that have the high rise times so you can set the detection thresholds high enough that they don't pick up the music frequency signal. If your LPs are pristine, this is less of an issue.
